"The importance of contributing one's individual energies on a voluntary basis to improving the lives of others is not a matter of philanthropy, but rather of self-fulfillment, enlightened self-fulfillment"
Volunteers play a vital role in the daily operations of the Historical Society. The Society could not provide the services to our members and community without these dedicated people. Volunteers fill all types of niches, such as:
Gift Shop Staff
Thayer House Tour Guides
Program & Event Organizers & Support Staff
Development, Marketing & Public Relations Staff
Membership Support Staff
Construction, Maintenance & Repair Staff
Writers (Monthly & Quarterly Newsletter)
Administrative Support Staff
If you are interested in volunteering in a fun and rewarding environment, please email the Braintree Historical Society at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the form below for more information.
